International deliveries
The price of the shipment will be displayed in the local currency or in dollars and its approximate value is 40 USD.
If the value of the purchase exceeds 100 USD, your shipping will be free.
IMPORTANT!
Remember that each country handles Customs taxes, these are assumed by the customer at the time of receipt of the order.
International shipments will be made with DHL, delivery time is 5 to 8 business days.

You should consider:
- Changes must be made within 30 calendar days after the date the purchase was made.
- Promotional garments only have change for size NOT for another reference.
- The garment must not have been worn, washed or damaged. You must keep the original labels and must be returned in the original packaging.
- Change of the product by size or color: changes can only be made for products with a value equal to or greater than the original, paying the excess.
- The change will be subject to inventory availability or manufacturing time if materials are available.
- The cost of transporting the shipment and the return of the product to be changed will be borne by the customer.
- In the event that the order arrives at its destination and the customer does not accept the customs payment, the expenses that imply returning the order to origin will be deducted and the remaining value will be returned to the customer, with the exception of the specific case in which the country decides to withhold the product, for non-payment of taxes.
NOTE: when it is under warranty, the shipping cost will be assumed by Zueden, as long as the product does not show misuse.
- Our garments have a 3-month guarantee for manufacturing defects.
- You should keep in mind the recommendations given on the product care labels.
- Once we receive the product back in our warehouse, we will verify its conditions. Zueden will have (5) business days to inform if the product meets the criteria established to make the change, in the event that the product does not meet the criteria of our policy of changes and guarantees, we will inform the customer by email or WhatsApp , the reason for which the exchange or guarantee is not applicable and the product will be returned to the initial shipping address, previously confirmed with the recipient.
